2. Bring the tab into your carrier with a photo IS proving that iit's on an account you own/ (Or bring the account owner with you.) They can unlock it as soon as they verify (with the ID) that you didn't steal it.

if u give it some time and keep trying it might request for your google account eventually - that happend to me when the fingerprint failed.
