Forgot unlock pattern, options?

Hey all, I have an Asus Nexus 7 (2013) which I believe has Android 6. I set an unlock pattern and can't remember it. I've tried over 20 wrong patterns and I do not get the option forgot pattern. I also changed my Wi-Fi network name since I last used the device so it no longer has Wi-Fi access. Is there any way to get into the device without factory resetting? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, unfortunately no , you would need to factory reset it.

And resetting would require you to enter the Google account and password associated with that device (as part of Factory Reset Protection), so hopefully you remember that.
