Only way is to root the phone, bypass the bootloader and reset the passcode.

If you incorrectly enter it enough times, it will ask for your Google credentials. Hopefully you know those. If not, you will have to boot into recovery and factory reset the phone. You will lose all data on the phone if you do that.
