forgotten pin

I want to do a reboot of my phone and have G Cloud to action the restore, but, have forgotten the pin. There's a Google function to solve this I think - can anyone direct me to it please? Thx

No, there's no "Google function" to remember the PIN. You'd have to do a factory reset - and you'd have to remember the Google login and password to do that. (See https://www.hardreset.info/devices/motorola/motorola-moto-g5s/recovery-mode/ then choose "wipe data/factory reset". You'll be asked for the Google information.)

If you forgot both the PIN and the Google information, you've converted the phone into a paper weight. One of our ambassadors recommends hypnotic recall in that situation.

thanks I've got the Google login and associated password I just thought there was one connected with gcloud but it's probably embedded with Google
