Formated SD card now have issue...

So I just formated my SD card to fix an issue with the update and now when I plug my phone into my computer I only get the "LOST.DR" file as an option. Phone works fine, everything is still there )except everything on the SD card) but the file to get into the SD card isnt there. Help please!
