Would it be possible to have a forum member's model android (ex: Droid X, Droid 1, Droid 2, Evo, etc) listed in post headings with the forum member's name and avatar? Crackberry has this and it would be most helpful here in the many forums that aren't specific to one particular model.
For example, reading suggestions in the Apps general forum gets confusing because contributing comments are from owners of different droids ... but you have no idea which one unless the writer happens to mention it. An app may work on one, but not another - and there you are, trying to figure out if it works on YOUR droid.
