Tapatak failing on us was one of my biggest nightmares come true. Unfortunately it's a difficult product to test in a sandboxed dev environment, as were a few other things.

Anyway, I believe we're past that now, and I can go fix some of the visual things that my OCDism can't tolerate.

That said, it doesn't really matter what I alone think, so keep the feedback coming!

Cory, the problem with the posts seems to have been worked out after removing the icons. The like buttons are still a no-go for me, however.

Folks, when you have problems like this, log out of the forum, and clear your browser cache (CTRL_SHFT_DEL on Firefox), then log in. Some software systems let their buttons, configs, CSS, etc be cached in browser, making it look like resolved issues aren't resolved.

Clearing cache in Chrome clears up everything nicely .

Add this to the bug list. In Firefox 15.0.1 when I click the edit button on recent (last 5 minutes) post, I get a blank textarea. Nothing to edit. When I click the advanced button, nothing happens.

When I click the edit button on the post in Chrome 21.0.1, I get a 500 server error page.

Oops, clicking edit in this post, created in Chrome, works fine. Clicking ADVANCED takes me to the advanced edit page. Go figure. (Someone's probably working on the server right now.)

I appreciate everything you guys are doing and I realize the update isn't going smoothly!

One more problem I am noticing is that when I goto my posts and click on the post to goto the forum it just sows a blank page. I tried refreshing and it seems to on just about all the threads! I tried refreshing and everything...not sure if this is a Safari issue or something associated with the update? (Safari has been nothing but problems after the Mountain Lion update).

It's downtime , Chrome told me that the site was undergoing maintance , HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. But other than that, the site is looking GREAT! It's going to take a while to get used to , but it's alright.



EDIT: Whoa, all this extra room . (O_O)

EDIT 2: My signature font formatting has been reset, but as I said, it's all good. I'll just re-update my profile as my GitHub link isn't pointing correctly anymore. \

EDIT 3: Okay, I got all my broken links and signature formatting fixed. Thanks Cory!

P.S. - And some of the Android emoticons are gone. :'(

Agreed. And hey, I do like the new colors better then the old mobile version. Wasn't saying keep the old version itself, just keep the new one simplified too.

Hey Cory! I'm not a recognized dev, but I noticed that the senior dev badge (located at http://cdn-forums.androidcentral.com/images/ranks/ac-rank-senior-dev.png) is gone and people that had that badge has a broken image link in their posts.

The font on my GS3 is too small to read now. If I make the font larger, it roles off the screen and I have to scroll. Is this an issue that can be resolved?

I get the same thing happening w/ blank comments as Encerspay45. Have to constantly clear history in Firefox. When I mean constantly I mean every time I open links in new tabs- which is every click I make on the site. Internet Explorer seems to work though.

The new layout is buggery as all get out for me. Some posts are 100% normal then there are others with tons(and I do mean tons) of whitespace rather than words. For example in this thread jawz posts a few above mine has like 10 pages of whitespace, where insp_gadget's post is normal.

I'm having issues where in some threads I'm seeing a large blank screen where someone has posted. I don't see the person's post, just a blank white page which is VERY big even if the person only posted a one-line reply. (I can see what they posted if I reply with quote from the blank screen)

Anyone else having this issue?

Looks like we're having the same issues. I forgot to mention that when i hit submit on a quick reply that it gives me the "Are you sure you want to leave this page" prompt in Chrome.

It doesn't appear that I have the ability to "like" or "thank" anyone anymore......The comments are harder to read because they are all squished together, and I can't see where anyone is from, what devices they have, or how long they've been on the forums...The overall look is sweet, but I don't like it because of the previously mentioned reasons.

Good, I thought I was going nuts. I also get that chrome issue that you mentioned with the "are you sure you want to leave this page".
