Fossil gen 4 keep disconnecting to receive notifications

[Android Central Question]

I just bought a sport fossil gen 4 and so disappointing, keeps disconnecting and no giving me any notifications about phone calls or texts.
Any idea if I need to return this or has a solution... My phone is an iphone 5SE
