Fossil Q Venture speaker?

I just recieved a Fossil Q Venture as a gift and I cannot figure out how to answer/make calls through it. It keeps telling me to answer the call on my phone. Can anyone tell me how to access the speaker?

It doesn't have a speaker. I guess that's one of the things that was sacrificed to make it smaller.
