This is common with all fossils in the gen 3 space. I opened a ticket with Fossil and they just wanted to send me a replacement as they have not heard of the issue. In pretty sure it's a software issue considering i have 2 family members across the world with the same watch and the same problem.
If Fossil doesn't fix this im never buying Fossil again as my love for the watches have diminished
