Found a crazy bug..

So I have the information ticker on my lock screen. It worked fine for weeks, and suddenly I noticed that it said my country couldn't be detected and to select it in the lock screen settings.

Try this,

go to Settings - Security - Lock Screen options - click on Information Ticker - click on Settings

my phone locks up and then Settings crashes with a FC.

Not a single person can replicate this?

Sorry I'm the only one to reply so far. I just tried what you asked and mine is working fine. No FC for me. Hope you get it figured out.
