Found a decent screen protector

Which wet install did you go with?? Discovered something nice for me with the Spigen protector... I hadn't used the sPen since I got it because I wanted the protector to "cure" a bit before I decided to use the pen. Because with my Note 8, I found that when I install the protector that when I use the pen, I get impressions on it and it pretty much never goes away and you can see it if you look for it at angle.

Well about two weeks past and visiting my daughter at college for weekend I let her play with my phone and she decides to pull out the pen and doodle . I'm kinda wishing she wouldn't but I'm not gonna say no to my daughter :) ... and it is used for writing just watched her have fun. But afterwards... no impressions!

I did notice after a couple of weeks of "curing" the protector is really smooth and feels like a hard shell... doesn't have a hint of that rubbery feel or resistance when you run your fingers along the screen... a more "almost glass" feel. Did a little more lite writing and no impressions. Maybe Spigen is using a newer film compound from the ones I used on the Note 8? In glass FPS works great with it on.

I did just get my order of LK screens and may try those next time i need to replace screen but with the extra Spigen gives me I should be good on protectors for the next 3 years lol.

Wow, that sounds like an awesome one! Especially if it made no impressions! I may have to try that out next time! I got the Skinomi protector for my S10. So far, so good! And my in-display fingerprint sensor works fine! Very satisfied. I'd never done a wet install before but it went okay!

I would like to be in the cell phone accessories business they make a mint from all the cases and screen protectors they sell. Popsocket has one of the largest followings and their sales are thru the roof!

As great as they sell I could never see myself with one. If they did interest me I would need several because I have too many cases.

God Popsockets. They're like $10 bucks. Can't cost more than a nickel to make. They're raking it in!

Yeah, Popsocket's gotta be rolling in the big leagues now. I remember thinking that they were pretty weird but when I decided to try one, I liked it. Don't have it on every case - only on one, actually, for my Pixel 2 - but it is a cool concept.

Just wanted to share my experience with this screen protector. I'm not a fan of glass protectors, I prefer the film ones to protect from micro scratches. That being said, I have not been able to find one thats easy to install and doesn't come up on the sides with a case, until now. Looks good, no bubbles, & so far has stayed down in the sides. Just wanted to share with yall.

Does this one feel slick like glass, both when you're using your finger and also with the S-Pen? Or does it have that slightly rubbery feel to it like Zagg's do, or at least they used to?

Just found a real good video to show how well the plastic ones work... man nice the ones that come with a guide to install like the first and third one. The glass ones with non liquid adhesive look like junk where the last one is a potential Whitestone alternative.

How well they work as far as what? They don't offer the same protection as glass. I do have the Ringke Wing Tip installed at the moment while waiting for the Whitestone Dome. It's pretty good and seems to self heal from minor dings.

I do like glass and the feel of a glass protector... prefer it on my iPhone when i was rocking it and have it on my iPad 11” Pro. But the only reason I use protectors is to avoid scratches. Yes the WSD is the best glass system available... I just have no desire to deal with the liquid application. So TPU will have to do. But pleasantly surprised how well the TPU options are working... Especially the FPS... 1000% better than my Note 8’s. Can’t tell it’s on and as I type this on and old iPad Air with no protector along with my N20U with Spigen... Truely feels as smooth... no rubbery resistance.

The slightest of orange peel if you want to look for it but can’t feel it. And, to me, doesn’t affect display quality as you can see taken with wife’s 11 Pro. Taken when I was in Philly last week. I’m good, thanks. :)

While a good TPU feels pretty good a glass protector steel feels more like the screen itself.

I really like this Glass protector from AM film but unfortunately right now it's not available on Amazon the installation was pretty easy.
