FPS must die!

I don't know why, but overnight the FPS have become a real PITA. If I press any harder, I'll crack the screen. Has the sensor moved? I'm covering the spot it used to be in. I've had it. I almost want my Note 8 back. I know I can't be the only person having these problems...

Have you tried re-registering your prints?

There are already a few different threads about fingerprint sensor issues. Have you read through those for help?

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. I followed a suggestion to delete my recorded prints. I recorded my index finger 4 times. I wasn't very confident that it would help as it took a lot of patience to get a complete print recording every time. BUT IT PAID OFF. Now it consistently works with one attempt every time!
