FPS opens to apps?

Sometimes my fps will open random apps? Like right now it opened Samsung daily which I've never used.

Samsung daily? I'm not sure what that is.

Mine will occasionally open an app that I have a notification for when I unlock. It's more me than the phone though. Like I'll be scrolling through my lock screen notifications, go to unlock my phone, and realize I left my finger on a notification too long.
