It doesn't look like a kernel has been released for the Nexus 7 (2013) model. Keep an eye on the franco.Kernel Google+ community: https://plus.google.com/communities...6/stream/9a673c06-e917-4308-bc6f-b9ac445cfad1 for any news related to a release. He's a great developer and has supported past Nexus devices, so I would have no doubt that one would be built for the latest N7 model.
