That means they have received the device and are in queue for inspection. You'll get the trade in complete email in a few days or the status will change to completed.Checked my account and it says "device triage " what does that mean?

Well I got a trade-in completed message about an hour ago. So, warning message, received message and trade-in complete all within 24hrs. Hopefully everyone else has the same response.My trade-in was delivered on Thursday. I got the same email yesterday about having 5 days to return it. This morning I got another email stating that they received my trade-in and that it could take up to 14 days to inspect it. I assume that they are really busy and maybe the tracking info is not updated as quickly as it should be.

I contacted them as soon as I got the email they said I will have an answer within 48 hoursIt can be the year 2050 and there will still be reports like this. You can't prevent FedEx/UPS swapping phones in transit or someone in trade-in warehouse screwing up stuff.
Samsung should take care of you once you contact them and explain the situation.
