It's gotta be a glitch. Either that or it's some kind of brilliant marketing ploy to get people to buy the phones and get them hooked before switching off the 3G data in hopes that they'll sign up for service. (Doubt it.)

If your device is rooted, yes... you can get more space on it...
I just have not figured out how to do that yet..
