While I can appreciate wanting to help maintain a well performing phone, this app works counter to how Android is supposed to work and can easily hurt performance.

Memory/RAM
Android is designed to keep RAM filled. Since it uses the same power regardless of how much is used, keeping apps loaded and dormant in RAM allows for quicker multitasking and more efficient battery consumption. When an app is killed and removed from RAM, the OS is designed to initialize another in its place. Sometimes it'll be the same app if it's one you frequently use. So this cycle of killing, loading, killing, and loading apps all day as a result of task killing apps will actually slow the phone down and increase battery consumption.

Cache
Cache allows for things like quicker data access and reduced data usage. Arbitrarily deleting your cache will free up space, but at the cost of performance, increased data usage, and increased battery consumption. Not to mention it will be rebuilt quickly over time. Apps and the OS are generally good about maintaining their own cache files. Sometimes one will go rogue, but that should be dealt with specifically instead of taking this shotgun approach.

Browser history, cookies, and related
Again, these all help with overall performance. If you delete them, they will just be rebuilt over time just like your cache files, so that advice applies here as well.
