Free Bluetooth Earbuds from Samsung?

last year, when i bought the S21 Ultra, i received a set of the new and improved Samsung bluetooth ear buds.

i'm wondering since they are offering $50 credit to those who pre-ordered this time (for the S22 Ultra), i wonder if they will also bundle and give out another set of further improved bluetooth headsets with the S22 Ultra being that they are their new flagship phone?

I don't expect anything will be bundle with the phone this time (45W charger will be good) . Most likely it will be just a $150 pre-order bonus with S22 Ultra purchase, plus a $50 pre-registration bonus and you will be able to get any accessory for "free" up to $200. There are usually some accessories bundles, with discounts.
I wish Sansung will do another Galaxy Tab S bundle deal, like last year, but very unlikely.

i would want the new bluetooth earbuds AND the 45-watt fast charger.

last year's then new bluetooth earbuds (which iirc, they called "pro") aren't good for me: the left ear bud doesn't connect all the time, while the right ear bud is trouble free. what a pain!

This is the way I anticipate it going from everything I've read. No pre-order gift, but an accessory credit of approximately $150, plus the $50 early reservation credit.

well, $200 credit is good for basic accessories, but not as good as an actual $200 reduction in original purchase price! ha ha.

if only!

i just hope that there wouldn't be an extended wait to get the actual phone to us. i don't want to wait much more than Feb 24th to get the phone. months of waiting would be a major bummer.

last year, when pre-ordering, it was told to us that we MUST use up our $150 credit for accessories WITH THE PHONE's PRE-ORDER! otherwise, it's gone! so it's "use it now, at the time of the pre-order, or lose it". kind of a bit overly tough of a rule, me thinks.

additionally, last year, they were VERY UNCLEAR about which high wattage charger is compatible with the S21 Ultra and which one is NOT compatible. i bought one that seemed like it must be compatible only to discover, through a lot of sleuthing and reading, that it actually is NOT compatible. why in the world wouldn't Samsung state specifically which phones can use a particular charger??? weird. i ended up wasting money on a high wattage charger that is incompatible with my S21 Ultra

Not sure there are 200 bucks worth of accessories I would want. Guess I could just order and resell at less on ebay. But two weeks after the S21U was released on Amazon the price dropped by 200 bucks for a week. Will this happen for the S22? Never know till it does or doesn't.

Amazon always drops price right after the return period expires for pre-order deliveries. I was lucky one year and got Amazon $200 price match from Samsung on top of all Samsung pre-order bonuses and trade-in deals.

I was wrong it was about three weeks after going on Sale at Amazon (Jan 14) till it went on sale (Feb 8) for $200 off. Or approx 11 days after Amazon started shipping; if they started to ship the same day or one or two days after Samsung started shipping. (They remained on sale till Feb 14.)

S21 went on sale at Amazon January 14 2021 with later shipping date (most likely the 29th same as Samsung)

I would bet Feb 9 they will appear for sale on Amazon for the full price on Feb 9. Whether they go on sale a week or two later may not be possible if there is going to be such a short supply of phones.
