Free Items or Subscriptions that come with S8/S8 Plus purchase?

I purchased the S8+ and received it on 4-19. To my surprise I have been finding out there are other freebies besides the free Gear VR and the $99 fully immersive VR experience. When I downloaded myfitnesspal app and connected it to Samsung Health I received the premium version of myfitnesspal free for one year. Google Play Music and YouTube Red is offering a 3 month free trial to S8 users (must be a new subscriber). Has anyone else notice any other free trials or subscriptions as a result of purchasing a S8?

I thought it was 1 month trial for Google offers?

I got 3 months of Google music and YouTube red for free today and I had a free google music subscription for one month last year on same account.....

How did you get the free premium MyFitnessPal? Mine is connected and I didn't receive anything.

First I was not a cuurent premium MyfitnessPal subcriber so I was quite surprised when I automatically became one. I think it happened after I connected Samsung health in MyfitnessPal under apps and devices and downloaded MyfitnessPal in Samsung health under partner apps.
