Its really a lot of subscription crap that I would not use ever and its senseless to the everyday user. Offer Play store credit, samsung hub credit, PayPal credit (like Verizon did on ISIS) to drive interest with PayPal (who cares about Merchants, I want the $50 credit).

True, but consumers get $0 from PayPal its for Merchants and what exactly Merchants get or how they get it is not yet known.
