freeze and restart

I have the phone for 3 days. In the first day shen i was setting it up it suddenly freezed and the restart, yesterday was fine, a few minutes ago it happened again. What do you think guys ?

The only time I see it freeze and restarts is when cpu Temps start to go above 90 degrees C.

Should i do a reset and start clean ? Because i have settings and stuff from google, from previous device, also apps restored with an app and so on

I would try to backup any important data and do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem
