Freeze or disable?

Hello. Can anyone tell me what is the difference : freeze apps of rooted device with titanium backup, or just disable apps with default app manager of not rooted devide? Thanks for your response

Disabling through the application manger only let's you disable some apps while freezing once rooted let's you freeze almost all bloatware. For instance vzw navigation can not be disabled but can be frozen.
