Freezing at Samsung Logo with Custom ROM

my phone turns on but freezez at the samsung logo,, can you help??

Need more information. Rooted or not? Custom rom or not. If stock, what version number? Any recent physical trauma to phone? Any liquid introduced to phone? Did you forget your lock key and try unsuccessfully 10 times and lockout the phone? Details please.

Download the no wipe version EB16SC28x_DXC.tar and flash it with odin

dang it! it started working then it wouldnt let me press anything.. i tried to tap on the "emergency call" and it wouldnt work

do me a favor do the following
boot into recovery
volume up + vol down+power button
samsung will flash twice then let go
then scroll to apply sdcard:update.zip use home button to select
this will lead us into red recovery then scroll to wipe cache partition select by pressing the power button

then scroll to advanced and select it
then select dalvik wipe
then press the search key
then hit the power button on reboot system
let me know what happens

that is a fix all file
flash it with odin
boot up,
power down
then flash super clean again
