Friend's S3 goes DIRECTLY to voicemail if dialed from my S4!!!

I have had a problem calling my friend for A MONTH!!! EVERY TIME I call his phone, it ALWAYS goes directly to voicemail!!! he can call me just fine!!! EVEN IF I call him back just seconds after I miss a call from him because I didn't pick it up in time, it STILL goes DIRECTLY to voicemail!!! it is usually hit or miss whether he receives a notification that I called and/or voicemail notification. but if I call from my wife's non-android phone, I can call him no problem!!!

he doesn't have an Android phone and he wouldn't do that.

Sorry, I was referring to your card. Have you talked to your carrier? It may be something on their end.

Your friend's s3 is most certainly an android phone. Secondly, if it goes directly to voicemail when you call from your number but not another number, you have been blocked.
It could be a carrier level block, or more likely, he has accidentally entered you into the blocked list.
