Fring and Skype Contacts: Please Help

How do you see your skype contacts, some show up and others don't why is this (in terms of using Fring) ?

For example two new people signed up to skype (through PC) and i cant seem to see them on my bdlist for fring, but i can see one of them that signed up to skype a week ago ...

I can't seem to add a skype screen name either ...

Trouble with Skype contacts on Fring Android app (EVO)

I cannot see my contacts in Skype from the Fring Android app. How do you load your contacts to Fring?

make sure you have offline buddies set to show...I FINALLY got it to work, but the other contact has to have Fring open it seems to work.>>>
