Its real simple, forums (any forum) has a terms of service and rules/guidelines to follow. You agree to those when you enter and create an account here to participate.

Moderators, Ambassadors and members all follow the same set of rules/guidelines or TOS, however you want to put it. So yes we like to give everyone a free and open speech but there is limits.
