Front Camera Has Purple Spots

My S6 just all of a sudden got all these purple and blue dots in the front camera...very annoying!! Only had this phone about a month before they showed up to ruin pictures!! This NEEDS to be fixed!!! More dots have been showing up, it won't let me post a picture...spots all over the screen!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 and the front camera has purple spots. It is so annoying and the person who I bought it from is being a little **** head. What should I do
