When I try to use the FFC, it just reverses the camera image of the regular camera(everything becomes upside down).
It continues to use the top back facing camera.

Issue is consistent when I use Skype, it just reverses the image.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Any suggestions?

Does the camera always display incorrectly, even when using one of the Android camera apps, or is it only when your trying to video chat?

Do you have insurance through Sprint? Who did you buy the phone from? If you have insurance, then I would suggest taking the phone in and having a tech work on your phone. If you don't have insurance, then you can still have Sprint test your phone out for free; if you purchased the phone from them. That is because when you buy a phone from Sprint directly, you get a one year warranty. Some stores though charge a fee to troubleshoot a problem on your phone, while others do it for free. But this issue could be a sign of something more serious, that could lead to bigger problems later down the road. That's why its a good idea to have a tech work on it. That way if they need to exchange your phone with a new one, it will be covered by the warranty. I wish I could offer you a solution, but I have never had that problem occur, so I can't offer up any other helpful advice.

When electronics fail, they tend to fail within a few months and the problems that they failed because of, can be linked to other problems that could have occurred as early as from the factory. So even if you baby your device, it can still fail. I'm not trying to scare you, but if a phone has one hardware issue, then it could easily have another. Electronics are just very complex devices that can be working perfectly one moment, then become a brick the next. So I would just recommended taking your phone into a Sprint store and see if they can figure out what is happening. But since you bought your phone on Ebay, it could very well have been damaged before the seller sold it. I have purchased phones in the past on Ebay that were suppose to be brand new and in perfect running condition, that turned out to be a used phone with defects that the seller tried to hide.
Your phone could be in perfect running order, but I would still recommended having it looked at.

My EVO3D did the same thing after the OTA update a couple months ago. I searched online and found that it happened to a lot of others too. I couldn't find a fix. Sprint replaced my 3D with another one for a different issue last month so mine works now. This is my 4th one so I hope this one stays working. I would just call Sprint and tell them.
