Front facing camera not working....

[AC Question]

Hello, I have the LG Lucid 2 and I am having troubles opening the front facing camera. It has not been working at all. I do have snapchat also but even on snapchat the front camera does not work. I did the dreadful factory settings and it didnt seem to fix the problem, I even shut the phone down and restarted it and took the battery out and nothing happened. I am out of ideas on what it could be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
