Front glass cracking. LG V20

I have always had a Samsung and never cracked the glass, except if i dropped it, of course. I had this LG V20 three days with a screen protector and it cracked. Since then it has cracked again in other places. This is so irritating and frustrating. Its only a month old!

Spontaneous cracking seems to occur occasionally on phones of different, and for all I know, all, brands. In that case the warranty may cover it.
