Frontier Phone Call Volume Boost?

Anyway to boost the volume of the S3 Frontier watch when using for phone calls? I have it set at the highest level, 6, but my poor ears have a hard time hearing that most times. Any hack or app to boost the volume a bit, like you can find for phones?
