Frozen Gear 2

Just spent 12 hours working outside in -31 degrees and my gear 2 Neo froze. It turned It's self off and would't turn back on till it warmed up. Just thought everyone might get a kick out of that story. Cold Canadian day 1 vs gear 2 Neo 0 LOL!

Take it to a Samsung store they'll most likely replace it google the lowest temperature and you could always lie and say it was lower than it was
