Frozen xoom!

And no I didn't put it in freezer.

My son was playing tank hero and he said nothing works. I checked and saw the game screen was frozen. No response to any keys or touch screen. It would not go to home either. I switched off the screen and switched on to see the same screen. So I proceeded to reboot it. I could not reboot it. There was no response to my holding down the power button.

Finally I hit volume and power button together to force a reboot.

Have you experienced anything like this?

I have once or twice. Forcing the reboot always works.
