frustrating lag/delay

I have a fairly new a200 with just basic stuff installed on it, some kindle books, movies ,and photos. I'm having a very annoying problem where attempting to use the key board or scroll on a page in the browser results in a very noticeable lag before anything is registered and shows on the screen. Is this a common problem? I hope it can be fixed somehow as it is very frustrating. Also sometimes its more than a lag and the browser just crashes. It does occur in other apps or when just navigating the home screen and menus but seems tobe most common using the browser.

Did you try doing a reset with a paper clip. Reset is behind the micro sd card door. Appears to be similar to a battery pull.

I am not an expert, but mine has a lag if I use certain live wallpapers, it seems to slow response down a lot, I just remove it and use something else,
