Full lenght camera issue in S8 and higher resolution phones

We are creating a mobile application for Ios and Android.

The problem we are facing is in ** full-length camera**

After clicking a picture on Samsung S8 or any other phone above S8 the picture clicked breaks into half the screen size. This problem is not faced while clicking the picture, it only occurs when the picture is clicked the picture breaks into the half.

So we need help with the above problem.

Explain "into half the screen size". The full picture displays, but smaller? The top half of the picture displays but the bottom is blank? (Or the other way?) Something else?

So when you click a picture of a bottle the whole picture becomes half and displayed on the top half leaving the bottom half blank.

But when the phone is turned sideways the whole picture shows properly.
