Full price?

Yeah, the adding a line thing isn't exactly as cheap as I thought. Right now, my plan is $82 a month for 450 minutes, unlimited messaging, and unlimited data. If I was to add a line, that would jump to $130 a month. (including the $10 fee) So that would work out to over $1,500 a year in extra costs for that dummy line. At that cost, it wouldn't make any sense to add the line instead of just spending the extra $300 on full price.

I've got a good feeling verizon is going to screw you guys over. In canada the price is $649.99 on Bell and Virgin Mobile - and thats for a 16gb HSPDA version. And the Razr is 649 in Canada as well so I don't see the nexus being all to different. And considering that you guys get the 32 gig model and lte version, it'll prob cost $50 more

$699 seems like the right price to me. I know Google's overpriced their phone! :'(

That's why I will almost always purchase a phone outright if I do not have an upgrade.

I ended up doing that. I was sick of my iPhone, so I got a Rezound because of the extended return policy. I'm really liking it so far, so we'll see how the Nexus is comparatively.

Just a year or so ago, I be cruising along with my motorola krzr, and I get hooked on smartphones with the fascinate.
Then 6 months ago, I buy a charge for $600.
Now another $700 for a gn.

You're right, but that is an awfully big $ tag to see attatched to a cell phone. They sell unlocked Nokias for less than that, for pete's sake.

When a high end phone is released on Verizon, the initial full price is 599

bionic was 589 and that is pretty high end. Most likely it will be $649 though because it is verizon...

Most likely will be no more than $649. it really does not have any super specs against the other 2(rezound&razr) to warrant a price increase IMO.

This is Verizon here guys, They can and will charge anything the hell they want.
Didn't you watch those funny cartoony vids in the vz boardroom?
I honestly believe that is their exact attitude portrayed in them vids.
