Full screen album art on lock screen missing

Is there a way to turn on full screen album art on the lock screen on GS6? I only see a notification on the lock screen while music is playing. My wife had an S5 and has
full screen album art on the lock screen. She's on Lollipop 5.0. The S6 is showing 5.0.2. Is this something that was taken out with the latest update? Off it was, I hope it's out back in 5.1. Thanks

My LG G3 does this but I didn't set it to work that way. I've seen it when I use the Tune in app.

I'm on Lollipop 5.0.1.
