Full screen album art?

Just a quick question for you all about the Note 7.

When playing music/audio from the various music, podcast apps, etc, does one get full screen album art. Specifically on the lock screen?

I really like that and while not a deal breaker I'd be disappointed if it didn't.

My Nexus phone has it but it If I recall correctly my HTC One didn't.

Nope. Good Lock used to do this, but not on the Note 7. Silly and unfortunate.

I bought Poweramp. It works great on the lock screen. That was one of my most favorite features on android that was taken away.

I just tried Samsung music's lock screen and it still won't work for me. I need to be able to swipe to the next track without looking at the phone. Samsung's won't do that but Poweramp does.

Yeah I believe you have to turn the phone on to go to the next track. Haven't used Poweramp but it sounds like a nice alternative.

App is from the Samsung App store. Just search for Good Lock.

Warning it will look hideous when you first install it. You will need to tweak.

Thanks. So apparently it'll can be done then. Maybe just not as well as the pure Android experience.

Yes. It can be done. And actually Good Lock more resembles pure Android than what's come stock on the Note 7.

FYI, Good Lock also changes your notification shade and gives you a few extra tweaks...like all of the apps and widgets on my lock screen. You can change those if you want. It might be more than you are looking for as it supports more than just lock screen album art. So keep that in mind.

This! This is why I like album art on the lock screen. It just looks amazing.
