Full screen pop ups

Just out of the blue I'm getting full screen pop ups on my phone. While I'm on call, Facebook etc. It's from ad choices I believe.
Tried going into chrome and deactivate ad blocker, but it already was. Tried opting out of ads didn't help either. The only latest thing I installed was an apk pixel launcher and that was 3 weeks ago.
Any solution will be greatly appreciated thanks.

Read Full screen ads. How to find the culprit.. 3 weeks is a long time - maybe the "devs" are changing tactics.

Also check any apps that might have updated in that timeframe (when you started seeing the ads). This is definitely an app, and sometimes dev automatically enable the 'feature' after an update or, if disabled before, might re-enable it after updating the app (usual culprits are File Managers and Battery Savers including a Battery Management or Process Monitor option).

PS: AdChoices is the ad provider, not really the app or where they come from.

Here's an app I downloaded recently from Google Play that was popping full-screen ads all over the place (in the app, in other apps, desktop, swiping screens, waking up the phone, etc.). I think it was a week and a half before the ads started.
