fullscreen wallpaper? I found a way

I'm coming from a blackberry and didn't like the fact that you had to crop your pictures. I found this app andwobble where you put where on the picture that you want to shake. You can select what picture you want and save it without making it shake and have a full screen wallpaper. the app cost a $1 but it works.
