FYI: New update for AT&T Note 20 Ultra

It won't show me the gif preview, like my V40 used to. I looked it up, and apparently Google hasn't figured out a fix yet, and it seems to only effect newer Samsung phones. The update didn't fix it, btw, lol
I'm gonna have to check that. I know I get the gif previews from my nest outdoor cameras but haven't noticed if I do or not for the doorbell.

I don't have any outdoor cams, but I read that those were working fine, and it was the doorbell cams for some reason.

Yeah I have the same issue. I guess I've never noticed cuz I'm just accustomed to tapping on the notification right away rather than looking at the gif preview. I do the same with my Nest Outdoor cams.

Well actually, It somewhat works when motion is detected but not when the doorbell is rang. But it just shows a picture and not a motion gif.

I did the cache clear on the app (long press app icon > app info > storage > clear cache), which was mentioned online in a Samsung forum. The following notification (I'm not home, can't quick test) did not have the drag down for the preview. But the one after did, lol. But now that you mention gif vs pic, I'm not sure which I had. Just focused on the fact that it had at least something, lol

I've been following this thread, and just finally checked it out with the blink app. When I slide down on the notification, I get a preview pic from the video.
So in short, I guess this works for me. And thanks for the tip.
