IMO this is just about as far as we can go with the screen size. I mean anything over 6.5 and it's gonna be like carrying around an iPad mini as a phone. Which is kind of silly. They can start working on more features to build into the screen but we're to the point now where it's not necessary anymore. Jokingly, I can just imagine the S10 coming out several years from now advertising the brand-new 10.7 inch screen.

Of course they are, they've been working on it all year. S9 development begins b for S8 announcement.

They can start working on more features to build into the screen but we're to the point now where it's not necessary anymore. I actually think they should have larger difference between the S and S+ lines. I think the smaller S series should be under 5.3" This way you can get those who would like a smaller phone for whatever reason.

Good point. S8 and S8 plus were pretty similar this year. I honestly think they should should make the s9 regular and then make the plus model be the Note for that year. It's kind of silly to have the note around anymore when the s series is basically the same thing sans S pen. But I know THAT won't happen.

Or, if anything....have the S proper be say 5.2", the S+ be 5.7" and then the Note can be 6". Then there is a .5" difference between each tier.
