Is anyone else having this issue? We got my wife a Note 4 over the weekend. Didn't log into any google things besides the absolute minimum, then waited the 5 hours as AT&T glacially downloaded the Lollipop update onto the phone over my network.

There are... so many problems with Lollipop, but we're slowly finding fixes and work arounds. One that we haven't been able to fix though is G+.

She doesn't have any pictures on it -- it's just for social interactions, but G+ crashes every single time she tries to use it. Every. Time.

We've done the force stop. We've done the clear cache. Of course, we can't completely uninstall it because, you know, Google won't let us. But we uninstalled as much of it as we could, then re-updated it. Logged in, logged out. Nothing seems to work, and this is a problem because she uses G+, and can't even get on it now.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks
:'(

G+ has crashed since lollipop was installed and at that point, there were no 3rd party apps installed. Thanks for that link though, because I didn't know about safe mode.

No 3rd party apps installed at all? Had you just done a factory data reset and not installed anything afterwards? It's pretty unusual for the average user to have no 3rd party apps.

No we had just purchased the phone. Got it from the store, took it home and updated to lollipop. I dunno though, it's my wife's phone, so maybe she put a bunch of apps on it when right after, but I'm pretty sure it didn't work from the get-go.
