G2X Random Reboots!

Over the fast few days especially, I have been experiencing at least 1 random reboot a day. Although not really annoying, it has caused me some alarm as to why a 2 week old phone is doing this. So I just factory flashed it, re-installed apps., etc. and see what happens from there. It is rumored that the "OFFICIAL" Gingerbread upgrade is to be released at some point next week. Whenever it is released, I am curious to see if this will correct this bug. Who else has been experiencing this issue and at what frequency per day/week do you experience it?

It's pretty well documented that this issue needs to be addressed. One a day isn't as bad as some people have experienced.

First day with my G2x

Day one and I've had 3 reboots.... not happy to learn this is a known issue.... Do you really think Gingerbread will fix this?

Yep. Its when you get four or more that it starts to become really frustrating.
