G3 overheating

Had my G3 since October. Over the last couple months phone seems to heat up within 5 minutes of starting a browsing session. Usually within 5 additional minutes the web page will freeze or lock up. Phone becomes laggy. Tried multiple browsers including chrome and boat. Phone is usually 98 to 104f degrees when phone becomes unresponsive. Is this common or does it souns like a faulty device?

3 months = still under warranty. Bring it back and ask that it be repaired or replaced. (Make sure you have everything backed up, they'll probably just give you a refurb.)

(1) The phone you have isn't new, so you won't get a new replacement.

2) Refurbs are usually hand-checked to make sure that everything functions properly - more than a new phone gets.)

The phones come with a 1 year factory warranty.
Call them and explain the issue, tell them you use the phone for work and can't be without it.
They will send you a refurbished one and you have 10-14 days to send back the bad one.
Do it before the 1 year warranty is over!!!
