G3 suddenly zoomed in by 200%

I was just playing some Choices: Choose Your Story when I decided to go open my night time app as it was getting dark and the brightness was hurting my eyes. I started the app and went back to my game when suddenly my game was zoomed in like 200% the speech bubble takes all the space on my screen while before this it was about 4 times as small. I tried everythinf from restarting to deleting the app but it wasn't just the app it is my whole phone and I just can't figure out what it is!

My triple tap is off and when I put it on I can zoom in even more and for the rest.. I don't know..
