G4 screen is almost the same with G3?

I just play with G4 at local best buy and I find out that the G4 screen is not very bright as all the review said...I set the same brightness with my S6 and Alcatel Idol 3 (70%) the G4 screen is dimmer than others..and I compare to G3 and it look almost the same maybe a bit sharper and more vivid color...overall I think the phone look nice but I wait to see a new nexus or note 5 later this year..

I have both a G3 and a G4, and the differences I notice are richer colours, and cleaner whites.

I think feedback is starting to come back that on the automatic setting it's a bit low. It's that way on mine.

I always found the auto brightness to be too aggressive and dim on the G3. Never used it. It sounds like its similar on the G4.

I came from the G3 and while the brightness level is not quite up with the S6, it is indeed brighter than the G3 even with the automatic setting. More importantly, at any brightness level, the colors are no longer dull and washed out.

I played with the g4 at bb next to my g3.....its all that.
Big difference...now I just need an email from them telling me to pick it up.

I've noticed a big difference in the screen, but like others have said the auto brightness tends to dim things down. I've also noticed that the contrast is very nice
