G4 update region difference?

I have a G4 which I bought without a contract from Paris in August. Moved to Pakistan in September and I tried to update my G4 to Marshmallow. Still nothing. Am I supposed to get the update when Paris gets it or when Pakistan gets it?

Mine is Model H815, I live in Nicaragua and bought it International unlocked. Any idea when it will get Marshmallow update?
