Thank you all for the input, very much appreciated.
A coworker of mine has the G6 and I got to play with it a bit this week. G6 is a very nice phone for sure with lots to like about it but I ended up picking up a V20 today. To be honest I want both phones or a hybrid of the two but finally settled on the V20. So far I'm loving everything about it and no regrets. The size does not bother me at all, its actually a bit smaller and lighter than the Sony XA Ultra I'm coming from.
I know it's something that pretty much phased out these days but the removable battery is still important to me. I'm not someone who constantly has the urge to switch phones/upgrade and will happily carry a phone for 2-3 years if its decent. I think it's more likely the V20 will have a bit more of a shelf like so to speak because of that. I'm impressed with the Quad DAC, not something I thought I'd actually notice a difference in but I was wrong. Now that's a feature I'll be looking for on phones going forward. I'm not sure what I think about the secondary screen, haven't used it enough to comment on that.
If LG offered that 2 year Warranty on the G6 in Canada I would have likely ended up with that but they don't so.
